Professional Role Players

The benefits of role-play

‘Role-play situations enable your trainees to practice newly learned skills, applying the theory to hands-on life like situations but in a safe and controlled environment.

Using experienced role-play actors encourages trainees to commit seriously to the process and any difficult or problematic situation can be acted out and explored with out risk. Realism is crucial to the learning process and this is where the skills and experience of our professional actors deliver real results. Training is also often enhanced by the inclusion of the actors constructive feedback to the trainees. Comments from the trainees indicate that their confidence and the development of their professional performance has been greatly improved by their participation in ‘Role-Play’ training techniques.

As independent outsiders, our ‘Role-Players’ are not involved with nor influenced by the dynamics or politics of the workplace. Therefore trainees do not find themselves “acting” against a manager or colleague with whom they might feel uncomfortable.

About Our Role-Play Actors

Their theatrical training and experience ensures that they are skilled at giving a naturalistic reaction in improvised situations. They are equally able to deliver ‘script based’ work when required to do so.
